Tywyn a 9 day caravan holiday our 38th trip part 13 Blue lake

How do I find Blue Lake near Fairbourne near Barmouth.
A hidden treasure, well worth the uphill walk.
It took about 20 minutes to walk up the hill from the main road.
Star by parking on the main road.
near Friog then find Ffordd Panteinion (that's the name of the minor road)
Walk past the quaint cottages then when you arrive at a five bar gate and kissing gate turn to the right through the gate and then upwards, under a few stone arches and old mining equipment.
You arrive at a large flat area, (a plateau) and you can see Barmouth and for miles out across the bay. Spectacular.
The entrance to the Blue lake is through a short tunnel which is wet but there are stepping stones and the pdd plank to walk on.
If you walk up the hill again you get to look down on the lake and it is beautiful and very bluey/green.
I guess bluey/green lake doesn't have the same ring to it as Blue Lake.
