Forbidden Fruit - Doggy bags hung in trees

Saturday Morning, what shall I do?
I know, I'll go for a walk.
I could do with the exercise after a week sat at my office desk.
A quick walk around our local beauty spot - The Middlebrook.
After a nice walk along the brook, I decide to head back home and what is this?
I appear to have a discovered a late blooming fruit bearing tree.
Some kind of dark, almost black large looking fruit hanging off the branch and look there is another one on the next bush. This next bush has also got a red or orange berry growing from it. Very strange to have 2 vastly different fruits growing from the same tree.
Can anyone identify the black fruit?
Ah, I see, it's dog poo in a doggy bag that has been slung into a tree.
What purpose does this have?
Dog owners who collect their dog poo then bag it then lob it into a tree are a special breed of person.
A lowlife you may think.
Lazy dog owners really grind my gears.

It's not fruit it's a doggy bag

Just chuck it into a tree, nobody will mind

Surely there is something that can be done.
I could start a campaign on the local radio station.
The commercials on my local radio station are always asking if you think you have been mis sold a payment protection insurance PPI, then why not use that advertising space to promote something useful like asking people to clean up properly after their dog.
I bet there are some nasty diseases hanging in our local bushes because the sun will heat up the dog poo and encourage the bacteria to breed, then some unlucky kid is running through the park and manages to break open a rancid bag of rotten dog poo and ingest something nasty.
How do we solve this?
